Shipping times and costs

Shipping within 4* working days from order confirmation. In the summer, to protect the quality of the products shipped, shipments will only take place from Monday to Wednesday.

Shipping is free throughout the country for orders starting from € 44.90. For smaller orders the shipping fee is € 11.90.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. The right of withdrawal from the contract for the supply of products by the consumer is excluded in relation to the supply of products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. This category includes food products sold on our e-commerce, as the characteristics and qualities of these products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.
